Atlas is stainless and specialty metals
Atlas Specialty Metals is synonymous with stainless steel and specialty metals and traces its heritage to Canada where the company began the manufacture of stainless steel and other special metals in 1918. In 1939, the company then known as Atlas Steels, was established in Australia as a supplier for the Australian war effort. 70 years on, Atlas is a fully Australian owned company and still leads the way in stainless steel and selected specialty metals with a distribution warehousing and metal processing network that encompasses 20 major cities and towns across Australia and New Zealand.
